Six growth levers, beyond the platforms
A campaign works at its best when everything around it works with it. These are the six areas I work on with my clients.
Positioning
Every market follows the innovation adoption curve: a few pioneers, then the early adopters, then the majority. Each group buys for a different reason: the first ones want a head start, the majority wants proof.
My role: I place your customer on this curve, then compare your offer with what your market already provides. Together, we turn your difference into a message that speaks to the right part of the curve.
Measurement and data
Algorithms learn like a student: with the right answer key, they improve fast. That answer key is your conversion data.
My role: I make your tracking reliable and send your real sales back to the ad platforms. I recommend starting here, because every other lever builds on it.
Neuromarketing
Behind every click there is a human being, with emotions and mental shortcuts. Many of our choices come from intuition, and reason comes afterwards to justify them.
My role: I start from your customer's buying psychology: what reassures them and what makes them act. I use proven mechanisms, such as social proof or the way an offer is framed, in your ads and on your page.
Landing page
The click is bought, the page converts. Your page is a salesperson talking to all your visitors at once: every friction you remove makes your whole budget more profitable.
My role: I rank the friction points on the page that receives the click by what they cost. My recommendation starts with the first one to fix, the one that pays back fastest.
Technology and tools
Advertising and AI tools change every month. Well chosen, they save hours and give you an early edge in your market.
My role: I explore for you. I test new features as soon as they ship, and your campaigns adopt the ones that have proven themselves. You get the right choice, with the reason behind it.
Process and systems
A good decision made once gives one result. Turned into a system, it runs every month and improves each time, like compound interest.
My role: I turn what works into a repeatable routine, with automated checks and regular reports. Your growth then rests on a method.
Pick a lever to see how I work on it.

What Google Shopping Reads Before Your Bid.
Four facts published by Google, worth knowing before you launch a campaign.
Facts published by Google in the Google Ads Help and the Merchant Center Help, read on 17 October 2026. These are not campaign results.

Product Feed & Merchant Center
On Google Shopping, your ad is built from your product listing: photo, title, price and your store name. Your product feed is what tells Google when to show you. I work on its titles, descriptions and images the way you work on an ad, because that is exactly what they become.

Product Groups & Bids
Shopping campaigns sort your items into product groups. I split them by margin and sales, so each group gets the bid it deserves: a high-margin product and a loss leader each deserve their own bid.

Shopping Or Performance Max
Two campaign types sell your catalog: standard Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max with your feed. I choose based on your catalog, your history and your margin, and I keep a clear reading of what each one brings.

Sales & Order Value
Every order comes back with its real value, consent included. That figure is what lets you steer a ROAS above your break-even point.
In practice
What I Handle On Your Account.
Merchant Center & Feed
Setting up or taking over your Merchant Center account, linking it to Google Ads, and an approved product feed: errors and disapproved products are handled before launch.
Titles, Images & Attributes
Titles use the words your customers type, images show the product as it is, and attributes are complete, GTIN included when your product has one.
Campaign Structure
Product groups built around your margin, your best sellers and your seasonality. The structure is decided at the start, because it is what keeps the reports readable three weeks later.
Bids & Budgets
Bids and budgets set on your break-even, category by category. The budget goes first to the products that sell with margin.
Search Terms
Regular review of the searches that show your products. Those that bring clicks without sales become negatives, those that sell feed your titles.
Tracking & Values
Google Tag Manager, GA4 and conversion tracking set up properly: every order comes back with its value, so your bids work on your real revenue.
To avoid
The 4 Most Expensive Mistakes On Google Shopping.
The first one happens before the first bid.
Launching Campaigns Before Working On The Feed
A Shopping ad is your product listing. A precise title and an approved image do more for your visibility than a higher bid. I always start with the feed, and the bid comes next.
Putting The Whole Catalog In One Group
Your best sellers and your low-margin products then share the same bid. The average hides both: the first lack budget, the second use too much of it.
Steering On The Account’s Average ROAS
Your break-even point depends on your margins, and they change from one category to the next. My recommendation is to set a target per category, based on your break-even.
Counting Sales Without Their Value
Without order value, a small order and an order twenty times larger each count as one conversion. Bids then chase the largest number of orders; with value, they chase what those orders bring you.
How it works
What To Know Before Launching Google Shopping.
A simple, smooth process is what produces results.
Catalog & Framing
A review of your feed, your margins and your current tracking. You leave with a clear decision: we launch now, or we first fix one specific point in the feed or the tracking.
Feed, Structure & Tracking
Feed corrected and enriched, product groups built around your margin, order value connected before the first paid click.
Optimization & Scaling
Search term reviews, bid adjustments by category, then scaling at the pace your margin allows.
I am with you at every step.

With Or Without A Commitment: Two Ways To Work Together
I offer to work with or without a commitment, because each option has its advantages depending on the moment.
Month To Month
The work continues as long as it makes sense for you.
The Benefits
- You adjust or stop the work from one month to the next, with full flexibility.
- Ideal to start working together and judge on results.
Good To Know
Visibility builds month by month, with a strategy planned in shorter cycles.
Agreed Term
We set a length together from the start, for more stability.
The Benefits
- A clear horizon to plan the strategy and the tests over several months.
- You know the cost of the work for the whole period in advance, for a predictable budget.
Good To Know
The agreed term runs to its end, with less room to change course if your priorities shift along the way.
Each option has its moment. I am open to both, and we discuss it together at the quote stage.
Either way, for a first launch or a first campaign test, I recommend 2 to 3 months minimum, to gather as much data as possible before judging how well an account or a campaign performs.
