We open your Google Ads or Meta Ads account together and read its structure, targeting and results live. You see what works, what leaks, and above all why. You leave with a reading framework you can reapply on your own.

We check together that your conversions are properly measured (GA4, GTM, Pixel + Conversions API). Without reliable data, no decision is: we get measurement back on track so you steer with credible numbers.

We work on how your budget is split across channels and stages of the customer journey, to focus investment where it truly pays off. You learn to make the calls yourself, not to follow hunches.

Every answer is explained so you can reproduce it. The goal of coaching is not to create dependence, but to make you able to run your campaigns with confidence, without me.

Who I am
Me, and no one else. No intern, no outsourcing, no account split between three juniors taking turns. You talk to the person who touches the bids.
Five years in paid media, two of them at Mediabrands, a top 6 global media group, where I supported more than 40 companies. Now freelance, working directly with my clients.
Choosing well
A good coach is judged on hands-on experience, not on their pitch.
‘Paid Media coach’, ‘Google Ads trainer’, ‘Meta Ads consultant’: none of these titles are protected. The real question is not who displays the word ‘coach’, but who has actually managed budgets, on real accounts, with verifiable results. A coach who has never run a campaign teaches you theory; a coach who manages them every day teaches you what really works. Here are the four points to check before choosing the person who will train you.
Ask whether your coach actually manages accounts today, and on what budgets. Theory is available for free online; what you pay for in coaching is the judgment gained on real accounts, facing real trade-offs. My daily work: managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs and large accounts.
A generic training explains principles; good coaching opens up your account, your numbers, your current blockers. Check that the session starts from your real situation and not a standard slide deck. Here, we always work on your account live.
Being good at Paid Media and knowing how to explain it are two different skills. A good coach breaks down the why behind each decision so you can do it again alone, instead of giving you an answer you don’t understand. The goal is your autonomy, not your dependence.
Make sure you know who is really coaching you, and that the person answering your questions is the one with the experience. Here, it’s me, from start to finish: no outsourcing, no junior behind a logo.
Applied to my profile: a background on the Google side then in a top 6 global agency group (Mediabrands), the daily management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and coaching that always starts from your real account. Ask these four questions to every coach you compare: it’s the fastest way to tell the one with experience from the one who only has the title.
Concretely
We review your account’s architecture (campaigns, ad groups, themes) to check it serves your strategy instead of holding it back. A good structure makes everything else easier to steer.
Positioning, funnel, budget split across channels and stages: we step back on your Paid Media strategy so every euro serves a clear priority, not a hunch.
GA4, GTM, Google Ads conversions, Pixel + Conversions API: we check that your data is reliable. It’s the foundation: without clean measurement, the algorithm optimizes blindly, and so do your decisions.
Angles, messages, formats, ad structure (RSA, Meta creatives): we work on what your audience sees, because it’s often the first performance lever, especially on Meta.
We learn to read your reports to tell signal from noise: which metrics to watch, how to spot a budget leak, when to act and when to let the algorithm learn.
In every session, you leave with reusable methods and a checklist tailored to your account. The goal is not that you come back, but that you know what to do without me.
To avoid
The blockers I most often see in people who run their campaigns in-house.
Making decisions on poorly tracked conversions means optimizing blindly. As long as GA4, GTM and your conversions aren’t reliable, every other number lies. We fix measurement first.
Changing budgets, bids and targeting every couple of days keeps the algorithm from stabilizing and restarts the learning phase. We learn to tell what deserves action from what needs patience.
Piling up campaigns, keywords and audiences feels like progress, but it dilutes the budget and blurs the picture. Often, simplifying the structure drives more progress than adding to it.
Trusting the platform-reported ROAS or CPC without looking at the real cost of acquisition or incrementality leads to scaling campaigns that look profitable without being so. We learn to watch the right indicators.
Perfect targeting with a weak message doesn’t convert, especially on Meta where creative is the first lever. Many work on the settings and forget what the audience actually sees.
Applying a ‘hack’ seen on LinkedIn without understanding why it works elsewhere often backfires. Coaching teaches you to reason by principles, not to collect recipes.

A service means I manage your campaigns. Coaching, on the other hand, makes you autonomous: I help you understand, structure, and optimize things yourself, with guidance based on your questions and your current challenges.
An audit involves a deep analysis of your campaigns to identify strengths, mistakes, and areas for improvement. It’s a detailed snapshot of the current setup, often delivered with written recommendations.
