Six growth levers, beyond the platforms

A campaign works at its best when everything around it works with it. These are the six areas I work on with my clients.

Positioning

Every market follows the innovation adoption curve: a few pioneers, then the early adopters, then the majority. Each group buys for a different reason: the first ones want a head start, the majority wants proof.

My role: I place your customer on this curve, then compare your offer with what your market already provides. Together, we turn your difference into a message that speaks to the right part of the curve.

Measurement and data

Algorithms learn like a student: with the right answer key, they improve fast. That answer key is your conversion data.

My role: I make your tracking reliable and send your real sales back to the ad platforms. I recommend starting here, because every other lever builds on it.

Neuromarketing

Behind every click there is a human being, with emotions and mental shortcuts. Many of our choices come from intuition, and reason comes afterwards to justify them.

My role: I start from your customer's buying psychology: what reassures them and what makes them act. I use proven mechanisms, such as social proof or the way an offer is framed, in your ads and on your page.

Landing page

The click is bought, the page converts. Your page is a salesperson talking to all your visitors at once: every friction you remove makes your whole budget more profitable.

My role: I rank the friction points on the page that receives the click by what they cost. My recommendation starts with the first one to fix, the one that pays back fastest.

Technology and tools

Advertising and AI tools change every month. Well chosen, they save hours and give you an early edge in your market.

My role: I explore for you. I test new features as soon as they ship, and your campaigns adopt the ones that have proven themselves. You get the right choice, with the reason behind it.

Process and systems

A good decision made once gives one result. Turned into a system, it runs every month and improves each time, like compound interest.

My role: I turn what works into a repeatable routine, with automated checks and regular reports. Your growth then rests on a method.

Pick a lever to see how I work on it.

The Platform Today

What LinkedIn Ads Actually Allows.

Four facts published by LinkedIn, worth knowing before you launch a campaign.

300 membersminimum audience size to run; LinkedIn suggests at least 50,000 members to drive results
Job & companytargeting by job title, job function, seniority, skills, and by company name, size or industry
4 sourcesof conversions: the Conversions API from your server, a tag on your site, your connected CRM, and file uploads
4 familiesof formats: Sponsored Content, Sponsored Messaging, Text Ads and Dynamic Ads, each split into several formats

Facts published by LinkedIn in its Marketing Solutions help center and on its LinkedIn Ads website, read on 21 September 2026. These are not campaign results: I will publish performance averages for this platform when I have a sample that makes them honest.

Audiences and professional targeting

Audiences & Professional Targeting

LinkedIn targets by job title, function, seniority and company, from members’ profiles and their companies’ Pages. I build audiences around your ideal customer, with few combined criteria to keep a workable size, then I compare them with each other.

Formats and messages

Formats & Messages

Sponsored Content in the feed, Sponsored Messaging in the inbox, Text Ads and Dynamic Ads. The format follows the goal. One message per audience, written for a specific job.

Bids and budget

Bids & Budget

Daily budget, lifetime budget, or both, per ad set. I set bids on the cost per qualified lead, and I quickly stop what attracts the wrong profile.

Insight Tag and conversion tracking

Insight Tag & Conversions

The Insight Tag on your site, the Conversions API from your server, your CRM sync, and file uploads for deals closed offline. LinkedIn deduplicates the Insight Tag and the API when the event carries the same ID on both sides: I connect them together, with that ID, to keep as much signal as possible.

In Practice

What I Handle On Your Account.

Audiences & Exclusions

Audiences by job title, function, seniority, skills and company, with the exclusions that stop you paying for your competitors, your employees or your current customers.

Company & Contact Lists

Uploading your target accounts and your contacts into LinkedIn Matched Audiences, and retargeting your website visitors. A list needs at least 300 matched members before it can run.

Formats & Messages

Choosing the format for the goal, writing one message per audience, and testing one element at a time to know what moved the result.

Lead Gen Forms

Forms pre-filled with profile data, connected to your CRM so that every lead lands in the right place with its source campaign.

Bids & Budgets

A budget split between audiences based on what each one brings, and bids reviewed when the cost per qualified lead moves away from your target.

Insight Tag, Conversions API & Offline

Installing and checking the Insight Tag, sending conversions from your server, and uploading deals closed offline to connect a signed contract to the campaign that brought it.

To Avoid

The 4 Most Expensive Mistakes On LinkedIn Ads.

Two are about the audience and the message, two about measurement.

  1. Combining Too Many Criteria From The Start

Every criterion you add with AND makes the audience smaller. LinkedIn sets the minimum at 300 members, suggests at least 50,000, and goes up to 300,000 for Sponsored Content and Sponsored Messaging: an audience that is too narrow delivers little and teaches nothing. Start broad, read the demographic reports, then narrow down.

  2. One Message For Everyone

A finance director and a technical lead do not buy for the same reasons. Paying for job-title targeting to show everyone the same ad is like renting a made-to-measure room to read a generic speech.

  3. Judging The Campaign On The Click

My recommendation is to judge LinkedIn Ads on the qualified lead and on the contracts that follow, by connecting your CRM to the platform. A cost per click says nothing about the quality of the job title that clicked.

  4. Launching Without Measurement

Without the Insight Tag or conversions set up, the platform sees nothing of what happens on your site after the click. The conversion sources are in place before the first euro, and Lead Gen Forms are connected to the CRM from day one.

How It Works

What To Know Before Launching LinkedIn Ads.

A simple, smooth process is what produces results.

  1. Ideal Customer & Scope

Who decides, who influences, in which companies, and what a customer is worth. You leave with a clear decision: LinkedIn Ads has its place now, or another lever comes first.

  2. Audiences, Messages & Measurement

Building audiences and exclusions, one message per audience, then the Insight Tag, conversions and forms connected to the CRM before the first euro.

  3. Optimization & Scaling

Reading reports by job title and company, stopping what attracts the wrong profile, then scaling the audiences that bring contracts.

Commitment

With Or Without A Commitment: Two Ways To Work Together

I offer to work with or without a commitment, because each option has its advantages depending on the moment.

Month To Month

The work continues as long as it makes sense for you.

The Benefits

  • You adjust or stop the work from one month to the next, with full flexibility.
  • Ideal to start working together and judge on results.

Good To Know

Visibility builds month by month, with a strategy planned in shorter cycles.

Agreed Term

We set a length together from the start, for more stability.

The Benefits

  • A clear horizon to plan the strategy and the tests over several months.
  • You know the cost of the work for the whole period in advance, for a predictable budget.

Good To Know

The agreed term runs to its end, with less room to change course if your priorities shift along the way.

Each option has its moment. I am open to both, and we discuss it together at the quote stage.

Either way, for a first launch or a first campaign test, I recommend 2 to 3 months minimum, to gather as much data as possible before judging how well an account or a campaign performs.
